Like the rest of the world, Seven Stars Resort & Spa and our team, have taken great care to follow the recommended practices of the medical community to protect ourselves and loved ones during the current pandemic. As always, we are focused on the experience of our guests and our priority is always with your health and safety. We continue to take great care in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our Resort, with our restaurants, pools and beach areas and the spa. COVID-19 Testing

In light of the updated CDC guidelines that go into effect on 1/26/2021 for travelers returning to the United States.  Seven Stars is proud to announce that we will be providing rapid antigen testing to all guest on property at no additional cost.  

  • Reservation for testing will be made upon arrival and must be made 72-24 hours prior to departure.
  • Rapid antigen testing will be included for all guest over the age of 2.
  • Results within 15 minutes.
  • Testing will be done at the Seven Stars Testing facility.
  • PCR test are also available but additional fees will apply.  If a guest is required to receive a PCR test, Seven Stars will apply a $50 credit to the cost of the PCR test.  Results are available within 24 hours. The current cost is $185 per person but this is subject to change.

 

Island Updates

An island curfew is in effect from 9 pm to 6 am. This curfew does not effect the on-property restaurants (Seven or The Deck).

Additional Protocols & Precautions

  • From pool rails to loungers to our watersports equipment, all public spaces and high-touch equipment undergoes strict sanitization protocols after each use, at regular intervals throughout the day, and nightly.
  • To minimize contact and maximize guest safety, additional adjustments have been made to our daily morning yoga program, watersports program, daily newspaper delivery service, and daily laundry and housekeeping services.
  • For your convenience, we are making local restaurant and activity guides available via our website and ask that you make all concierge requests via telephone or electronically. All activities are restricted to families and private groups.
  • All books, magazines, games, and videos throughout our lobby and guest rooms have been removed.
  • Private babysitting services are available in guest suites

Pre-Arrival & Arrival Procedures

  • Negative PCR Covid-19 test results 5 days prior to arrival and medical insurance for Covid-19 (including medical evacuation) is required for entry.
  • To reduce contact and time at the front desk, check-in formalities for pre-booked guests will be conducted in advance via email and/or online.
  • Our team will ask to take your temperature using an infrared "no touch" thermometer before you enter the Resort to ensure it is below 100 F
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers will be placed at the reception desk, and in-room and throughout the property.
  • The luggage of all incoming guests will be cleaned and disinfected.
  • Swabs and sanitizers are available at reception for guests to clean their smart phone and/or credit cards.
  • The maximum number of guests per elevator car is four unless in one family group.

Fitness Center

Limited to 6 guests at a time on a first come first serve basis.

The gym equipment and all high-touch areas will be sanitized every 30 minutes.

A sanitizing station is available.

Pool

Chairs and sun loungers on our decks and beach have been spaced out to practice safe and comfortable social distancing.

Groups are restricted to no more than 6 guests unless you are part of the same family.

Our water sports equipment will be cleaned and sanitized after each guest use.

Our pools will continue to be cleaned every morning and will be monitored throughout the day to ensure guests are following social distancing guidelines.

At sundown all chairs, loungers and pool and decks will be pressure washed and sanitized.

Spa

Spa therapists are required to wear face masks pre- and post-treatment.

Guests will be temperature checked prior to their spa treatment. Guests are required to shower before all body services.

Guests are required to wear a mask during mani/pedis.

As per our standards, all equipment is sanitized pre- and post-treatment.

Suites

Guests will receive a Seven Stars Resort & Spa Care Kit that includes a reusable mask, antibacterial wipes and hand sanitizer.

Housekeeping team members are wearing PPE.

Turndown service is on request and will be done in a way that ensures minimal guest contact.

Our Housekeeping Team will maintain the practice of cleaning and disinfecting suites thoroughly after every guest checks out. All efforts will be made to ensure the suite will be kept vacant for three days until the next guest checks in.

Special attention paid to the following: switches, appliance buttons, doorknobs, kitchen countertops, faucets, faucet knobs, and remotes.

Restaurants

We have increased the number of private dining areas for both families and couples.

We have introduced single-use menus in all restaurants. Restaurant menus can now be viewed on your mobile device.

We have reduced the number of tables to maintain social distancing.

All staff and servers wear face masks. Sanitizer gel and anti-bacterial wipes are available for guest use.

We have procedures in place to limit your contact with servers.

Travel Safely:
To make traveling safer and easier, we are offering complimentary COVID-19 rapid testing for all our guests for their return flights.
