Though its form may differ from a traditional farm at just 320 square feet, the hydroponic container’s function reigns supreme. Over the course of a year, it’ll produce an estimated six tons of produce, which includes 24 varieties of greens—all while improving food quality and shelf life, reducing food waste, and limiting water consumption.
